How can I renew my old deck with rubber paint?

Rubber paint my old deck which is made of 4x8 plywood sheets to renew it & give a longer life

    Seems like there would benefits from this and drawbacks too. Most anything that coats and protects your wood deck from the elements will prolong the life of the deck. I can also see how that same coating would tend to eliminate or cover splinters. That would make it safer, especially for kids running around barefooted. But an obvious drawback would be that this same paint would cover screws making repair much more difficult and expensive. Would the rubber paint be as cool on tender feet as wood? And how often would it need to be reapplied?

    I suspect that "rubber" paint would be slippery. If you want protection as well as grip, go with a good paint with an additive (i.e., sand). Your paint vendor should be able to help you there.
