How can I hide the electric meter?

    You need to read down alot but it is there about a Gas Meter. Same applies here because you cannot legally obstruct it.

    Good idea to draw the eye away from it and not cover it. The gas company in many areas has gone to doing the readings through computers, making it unnecessary for a meter reader person to physically come to your house to read the meter.

    Hi Sandy! First, the utility has a legal right to access the meter for any reason. That means no plantings or structures that prevent that. Had you ever thought of painting it the same color as your home? It blends right in.
