I would like to do something with this plant stand. Tired of plants dying on me. I thought maybe something for Christmas, then change to winter, spring, summer and fall. I like doing crafts but not good with deciding or planning. I need help please. I love this plant stand as it was my mother’s and would like to keep it.thank you.

Use terracotta pots and artificial flowers. Poinsettias for Christmas, spring flowers, sun flowers and fall foliage.

Add brightly colored plastic cups or planters for each season with seasonal items. A black cat, some candy, a witch, and skeleton for Halloween, different colored candy canes for Christmas with red and green cups and some holly or mistletoe in cups. Add eggs and bunnies in the pots with pastel for Easter.

I agree with Rose, her suggestion would be perfect! Use the artificial plants that are really realistic and you can keep them from year to year. I would put some moss or something at the top of the pot to make it look really nice. I know Home Depot sells it, I suppose the garden centers also have it available.

Small pots filled with gravel and colorful xmas ornaments on top. You could drape garland around the final result for a cheery effect.

Sometimes ask yourself or someone else; If you didn't know what this was, what would it be or how would it be used? Kind of like Ariel from The Little Mermaid with her fliberwhat's it. Since you like crafting instead of a holiday theme, could you repurpose it and use it all year around to hold craft supplies? Can it hold holiday mugs and plates to be used as a hot chocolate/s'more treat stand? Put a little greenery trim around the rims, maybe a few fake birch logs in the middle wrapped in lights? Could it be a candle/ ornament stand? Will it hold wrapping paper and bows? Could it have flat circle stands or plates on the circles to hold miniature diorama's like little a snow globe, tree's with a fawn, a truck. Could each circle top bottom and side be enough for 12 days of Christmas theme or used as an advent calendar for 12 days?
