Please dont do it, esp to granite or marble. It will ruin it's value and I promise you it will not hold up to kitchen use. Scratches easily, cannot sit anything hot on it, will peel. What's wrong with your granite?

For what? On counter on top of cabinets? Will not hold up on high use areas like kitchen counter tops. Also melts easily and cuts will ruin it.
