Carla...are these the pulls you are after? If so, they were purchased at Home Depot - they can be bought in store or on line....

Thank you for the suggestions but this doesn't answer my question because I want the handles with the place to put a contents label on top like a file drawer would have.I tried amazon and the suggested link above.

@Carla Hall My guess is you are talking about the kind of pulls one would find on library file drawers. Just Google Library file drawer pulls or card holder drawer pull and you'll find quite a few.
