They make kits for that sold at Home Depot and includes step be step instructions. Just remember you are painting over a product that paint doesn't soak into. Temporary solution, once scratched will peel. Good for a few years if you are very careful with it.

Rustoleum or Homax tub and tile paint kits. Proper prep is the key. Take no short cuts.
You can get special kits from the home improvement store to paint it. :)
