There are products that clean and seal. I use a product that is a non-acid product from "TILELab" called "heavy-duty stripper and cleaner." It makes the floor look new, but seal it afterwards with a tile and grout sealer.
I use a steamer mop daily. Only takes a few minutes.

I use a kartcher hard floor cleaner with electric rollers. Expensive but the only thing I have found to clean my white floor tiles with muddy paw prints from two large dogs. I also have arthritis and a very large kitchen but it is so easy now.Believe me I tried so many things and spent a lot of money and this is the only thing that has done the job.Brilliant
