Ok, I know this might sound weird, but I found a carpet cleaner called
Folex at home depot , it take out all stains , dust , blood , lipstick , dried paint , ink ,... I tried it on some stains on clothing and it works great , I now keep some in a spray bottle in the laundry room. Good luck !
If all else fails - Make a Feature of it. PAINT, DECOUPAGE, EMBROIDER ETC.
