How do I remove paint from a cobalt blue wine bottle?

I have a beautiful Cobalt blue wine bottle with paint on it. Can the paint be removed?

Try lacquer thinner or fingernail polish remover.
The color is in the glass so it will not come off. Use paint remover. If it is just a small area, use a single edge razor blade held flat against the glass surface, moving in aroung the bottle. Wear a protective glove on the hand holding the bottle in case the blade slips.
