ABOVE GROUND FLOWER GARDEN ~ Remove the hinges & repaint. Seal them with a Water Seal product usually for sealing wooden decks &/or patios. Paint & Seal a piece of plywood. Find a spot in your yard or wherever & place the plywood down (1 or 2 pieces side by side depending on how large you want). Drill pilot holes & screw the panels onto the side of the piece of plywood making a BOX shape. Brackets will be necessary for stability. They are corner supports. You will need 2 per corner. 1 just under the top edge & 1 at the bottom. The top ones (2-ways) will be supporting only the 2 pieces of panels whereas the bottom ones will be 3-way, supporting the 2 panels plus the bottom plywood. All supports will be on the inside of the box. Measure your box (length & width & depth) & go to Lowe's & get some black landscaping tarp. Lay it down & spread it out until it covers your whole inside of your box. Tape, glue or tack it to the panels so it remains in place. Fill with dirt leaving about 2 inches from the top. Plant your flowers, veggies, or whatever you desire into the soil. Fill the remaining 2 inches at the top with TOP SOIL & smooth out evenly. If you don't want a flower garden or plants, use it as a landscaping centerpiece or focal point to your yard. An oversized Zen Garden for relaxation. Place a cement fixture in the center & place smaller objects around it in a pretty design. Fill the remainder with white marble stones (chips) or pebbles or decorative rock. The black tarp will keep weeds from growing & it will look fantastic when you're done. Examples below ...........

Separate them like long shutters. Use to accent each side of your pantry door, paint inside each panel with black chalk-acrylic paint to use for a chalkboard for your grocery list. Or frame out an interior long window...add cork boards to attach Christmas cards and pictures.

We have 2 sets of bifold doors. My husband is removing the hinges, and using 3 flat brackets to rejoin and make 2 pairs. Then he's going to cover them with brown smooth wall board and then dress them out to look like shaker doors. Finally, he will attach barn door hardware.

We're taking an unused bedroom across the hall from our room to make a big closet. He took down the wall between our room's closet and the one across the hall. This area will hold my vanity table and shelves for my shoes/purses and his caps plus our coats and out of season clothing. He will add barn doors in both rooms so that we can access the new large closet from our room. I especially like that there will be nothing jutting into either the room or the new closet. Note that he will condemn the door from the hall into what will become the closet.

You can partially see in the after picture into the new large closet. Sorry the picture wont fully show what I posted.
