How do I keep a chalkboard clean?

Has nothing to do with if your using reg.chalk or pen.The baby wipes leaves oily residue which makes chalk stick into porous nature of chalk board, never write on board that is wet,moist & most importantly chalkboard needs "chalked" after good cleaning, chalking is when you take chalk lay it on side long ways and drag it over chalkboard covering the entire surface then use eraser to wipe it off. Keep erasers clean by vacuuming them.Read my link in above comment on correctly cleaning and caring for chalkboards.I cleaned college classrooms and had to clean chalkboards that lined the walls of all the classrooms,auditoriums I cleaned.
