How can I get sliding cabinetry above my refrigerator?

I came across this picture that had no explanation on how it was done and where to get this product. All I have seen here in Hometalk, illustrations of below the sink. I checked Home Depot, and they had nothing like this picture shows.
It looks like something someone made. Looks handmade. Where did you see this?
It looks like drawer slides with a side open box that someone probably made and the cabinet door attached to the front. This way it slides out and is easier to get things out of the cupboard than getting a ladder to get into the cupboard over the fridge. Probably wouldn't[t be to hard to do.
This is something someone made. A custom cabinet maker can certainly build one for you. Or easy enough to diy with a bit of patience and careful measuring. I would use industrial slides to hold the weight of the contents.
You can buy the sliders at any big box store and then install yourself. Make a box for the insert and you won't have to make cuts. Think about making a box from light wood or mdf and one side is just much shorter.
I've made cabinets for a long time and never seen this setup.
However, it is a very clever idea. It looks like a regular draw that as been modified ..
You can see the draw slides are on the bottom and the side is simply modified.

Had these above my fridge. The cabinet maker made ours open on both sides. Perfect for dry cereal boxes, plastic storage containers and general storage. LOVED them.
Heavy Duty drawer slides installed with with custom made shelves inside your existing cabinet. Use the existing doors as well. Have done this multiple times and ways...
Any good carpenter can do it for you.
Had our cabinet maker build these for us after seeing similar ones at my sisters home. I don’t think it’s difficult, just not common-yet! Very handy way to get easy access to a high and deep cabinet.
