Make a rustic look holiday sign.

Not only is it quick and easy , but also very inexpensive ! You probably have most of the items already in with your craft supplies .

First step gather all your items.

You will need :

An old board,or reclaimed wood

Glue

Glitter ( I used white sparkle)

Wood cut out ( from Michaels)

White paint ,spray or craft paint

Hanger ( optional )

Next , I picked out one of the laser cut wood sayings ,and some wood snowflakes , that I bought from Michael's craft store, I think they were $0.99 on sale. Then I spray painted them white , you can also hand paint them using craft paint. While the paint was still wet , I sprinkled on some of the irredescent white glitter. Once dried I just glued it onto the the old pallet wood board . You can add a hanger to the back , if you want to hang it , instead of leaning it against something. I would do that before you glued the wood saying onto the board.

Close up

Another board close up , in this one, I put a very little bit of glitter onto the wood.

I know this was really basic , but I like the simple rustic look .
