Ensure lint trap is clean. Wash scrubs with only similar clothes and not after doing towels. Fabric softener may help.
Clean the lint trap after every load. Use vinegar in the wash rinse and felted wool dryer balls. When was the last time the entire dryer was cleaned properly?

Mix white vinegar & hot water then wipe it out well using damp cloth to clean inside drum area everywhere, clean all around inside of lint trap area with lint brush(buy online in box store),clean exhaust in back of dryer remove it if you need to. put cup of white vinegar in wash machine and run thru cycle to clean it too. Run dryer on air only for awhile to get lint out before putting in another new load. Static & fabric softener is making real fine particles stick to dryer drum.
After all the cleaning hints are performed whenever you wash your black work scrubs ir anything else that collects lint, turn the clothes insude

inside out so it won't show the lint. This really helps me. Hope it helps you too.
Try washing the scrubs by themselves with nothing else and see if that helps. Vacuum around the inside of where your lint trap is, they usually don't fit really tight and some could be getting back into the dryer. Made sure you clean the lint trap each time you empty the dryer.
