Rabia...What is your question about them? If it's about a cute small craft, you can cut a roll into 4 even sections, take yard choosing your colors & cut about 40 pieces 10-12 inches long,, double the yarn pulling the doubled end through the cut roll tuck the two end in loop and pull tight, continue until the band (roll) is fully covered. Turn upside down and shake all the strings and untangle if needed. Feed all the yard through the center and tie with another piece of yarn (leaving it long enough for hanging) a few inches about the band forming the toboggan. You can stuff 1 ply of kleenex in the cap for shaping. Trim your pompoms if you feel they are too long. Fluff and admire your simple DIY. You can Google yarn hat ornament with toilet paper roll and find several with pictures included. This is a great craft for children but does take a little time keeping yarn even to show 2 rows as doubled. Hope this helps with your question...but I maybe totally off base!

you received a surprise something. This goes back many years. They were
called quackers/crackers because they had little tabs that snapped when
pulled to open. Have fun!

Recycle them! They may contain harmful bacteria, such as ecoli. Think about it. Use paper towel rolls instead.
