Hi there, I think I would try a little bit of caulk to fill it in, you can sand caulk some once its in place to smooth it out. If you purchase a "paint-able" caulk you could then paint it to match your countertop once it dries.

A chip in he laminate. You can fill the area with wood putty, sand smooth when dry, and touch up with some craft paints to match. Seal with clear nail polish.

I'd try filling it with Bondo, sanding down flush and try to match with paint the finish. Will probably need to add a support form for bottom edge and back that can be removed after the Bondo sets. That is a big break

Temp fix can be done with contact paper.

Put tape on bottom of lip so it hangs out over edge. Then get super glue and baking soda, apply glue in small amounts and spoon baking soda onto glue, it will take multiple attempts to build up. You might have to sand in between if an area gets too high. When done sand smooth, it will be hard as rock. I repair all kinds of plastic with this, especially if a section is missing.

How can I fix my bathtub stain I think I rubbed off the original paint huge stain cannot afford to replace the tub live on a very fixed income

Lourdes, where is the damaged area. If on the walls of tub, try epoxy paint to cover. Look for tub and tile paint. This can be found at most hardware stores or online. Spray would give a more even finish. If its on the floor of tub- just cover it with a good anti slip mat.

Several good recommendation (Bondo, Supper glue & baking soda). I will add QuikWood. It is a two part system, but come in a stick. You cut off the amount you think you need and knead it into a putty. Overfill slightly, let cure, then sand. You should be able to match the color and pattern using 2-3 colors of hobby paint and an artist brush. Envisioning those small bottles of oil based paint, like one uses to paint model cars.

Any chance you kept the chip? If you did just glue it back. Otherwise these nice folks all have ideas that will work well.

Auto Bondo will fix that and it doesn't take a genius to use it is easily sanded by hand and then painted to match your counter the chip is on the side so it won't be noticed that much plus bondo will never be affected by the moisture in your bathroom

Don't need to go to the expense of Bondo which is an automotive product and would work well. Just use wood putty, comes in a tube, then paint to match

Another suggestion is the fiberglass patch which comes in a tube. Put on, let dry, sand and then touch up paint.

I like all the above ideas, I had a chip similar to yours! It was in an area not highly visible in the room. I just used craft paint to blend in the chip, it’s no longer an eyesore. Inexpensive & easy....

WHITE PLAY DOH ~ Fill in the space with the play doh & smooth it out even with the rest of the countertop. It dries hard & then use clear fingernail polish. The polish has 2 uses. A clear coat to protect it from water & it makes it shiny to match your existing countertop. (psstt, and it's cheaper than all that other stuff with the same result). GOOD LUCK

I would definately use bondo. Home depot has a multipurpose Bondo. It dries super quick can be sanded smooth moisture in the bathroom won`t deteriorate it. Paint to match counter. Bondo is used for automotive dent repair, and works wonders on household repairs.

I don't know if anything like i'm think exists but why not a "corner" strip? white plastic that you could cut to length and just glue it onver the bottom edge.
