    If your front load washer spins at excessively high speeds, think about adding a rubber mat between the plinth and the washer feet. You may also want to consider building drawers into your plinth for extra storage and stability, by adding weight to the drawers.

    Check your floorto insure it's absolutely level in this area.

    Brian you said dishwasher in your title and washer dryer in the next sentence. You got an answer for your front load washer and to answer about a dishwasher, I have seen pictures where they put a small cupboard with two doors (similar to over the refrigerator) under the dishwasher....brings it up to a height that it is easy to load.
