How do I vaporize my crawlspace?

My crawlspace need to vaporize so I'm trying to get sand put in there and a vapor barrier on the ground as well as more insulation put in

Don't know what the sand is for! Plastic vapor barrier over the ground. At least 4 to 6 Mil. Insulation between the rafters under the floor. Foam insulation on the walls. Make sure vents are open for air circulation.
What is your objective?
Why sand?
If you need to vaporize Volcano makes a very good vaporizer.
