It is not a good idea to use sharp objects or abrasives like scouring pads when dealing with a scratched tile floor.
You can use a small amount of brass polisher on a clean, soft cloth. Or, you can use toothpaste or vinegar. Rub into the scratch and all the edges. It is best to use small, circular motions. After a while the scratch should no longer be visible.
Top this off with wax - car wax works well.
