I lost asphalt shingles from a roof, in a blizzard. How do I remove black gooey shingle adhesive that landed on new Azak composite decking? Thanks!
Lanie.....Try Goo Gone...works on lots of stuff.
Lighter fluid or Goo Be Gone on a microfiber towel...rub well then buff off with another towel.
WD 40 works well too.
Olive oil is good to remove the sticky and much cheaper than specialty items for the purpose.
Use a blow dryer to soften the adhesive and peel the decals off. Goo Gone or WD40 to remove the adhesive.
A heat gun will remove them in no time, just be careful not to scorch the camper by heating them for too long. A few seconds will be enough

I use olive oil on everything sticky...all gone!
