Can you give us more information.

A Roman blind is a piece of material made to fit either in a window or just outside. It is usually lined, and has string attached to the blind and through eyelet screws at the top. Then when pulled it pulls up in folds.

I can't think of any other blind that can be adapted to make into a Roman. Unless someone knows any different. I used to make blinds for a living.

Here's one link I found, but there are more: https://hearthandvine.com/diy-roman-shade-mini-blinds/. This isn't the exact one I've used in the past, but I have made blinds similar to this. The instructions I used didn't talk about lining the blinds, but I did because if you don't the slats are visible from the outside which I didn't like. I just glued on the lining to the sides and also to the slats so that it would move when the blind was being raised or lowered. Just be really careful not to glue the strings or your blind won't be able to be raised. I also made mine to fit inside the casing rather than covering the casing. It's personal preference, but I just think it looks neater.

    Hope this helps...good luck!
