I would say eat it, add hot water and sweetener, maybe spices.

Are you planning a project with dry oatmeal? If so, what do you have in mind so we can help you?

Elizabeth...Pour a little in a snack baggies and add glitter. Give to your children, neighborhood children, grandchildren, or children at church on week before Christmas or on Christmas Eve. Tell them to sprinkle on yard so when Santa comes his reindeer will have something to eat while he's leaving gifts and filling stockings. The glitter helps Santa find their house as it shines from the light of the moon. I have done this for my children, grandchildren and children at church for years. Even the big ones like it! Merry Christmas.

Feed it to your in laws and any unexpected guests. Also: Green Oatmeal cookies make a great dog treat or gift for those persons who are so hard to buy for anc havd one of everything.

If you make cookies, don't forget thd Green Food Coloring.

If any ask why yiu used food coloring tell they: 'Well I had this Oatmeal lying around turning blue and the green food coloring seems to hide the blue ALOT better than the red food coloring did'. LOL.

I have a recipe for Oatmeal Puffs, they are basic and easy:

Rice Krispies Treats substituting Oatmeal for Krispies.

You can be liberal with spices: Cinnamon, Ginger

And you can coat with (or blend into the Marshmallow)

Melted Nestlè Morsels, of any sort: Butterscotch, Peanut

    Butter, Vanilla or Milk Chocolate.

Try 'em you will like 'em!

Make soap https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lFzgSrktHIE (get glycerin base from craft store melt in microwave in glass bowl) How to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S6x_dEm5QQc you don't need all this stuff but this video shows how to do it. I would use real essential oils not soap fragrance. Make bath sachets, using oatmeal, lavender, rosemary put into cheese cloths bags tie securely then drop into hot bath. Make Oatmeal cookies(chewy ones are the best), just eat it one of the best foods ever! put in meatloaf, breads, muffins so many ways to eat it.
