Apply leather conditioner, sold at Wal-Mart and some furniture stores. If have small tears and deep scratches, Amazon sells repair kits for leather.
You can buy a good leather conditioner from walmart or target, you want to ensure the leather is clean and dry, use the fuzzy round attachment for your vacuum and get any dirt and dust off, the wipe with a damp microfiber cloth, rinse it as needed. once the leather dries grab another microfiber clothe and apply leather conditioner to the cloth apply by doing small circles to "massage" the conditioner in. It will look super!
A leather conditioner is definitely the way to go.
