I looked in the projects too and could not find it going by decorate, by pallets, and by build, and finally by decorate. A pallet Christmas Tree is easy though, I would turn the front of the pallet to make boards run horizontal. Then starting at the top cut diagonally down each side from the center so you have a tree shape. This might need to be a sawsall or something similar to cut through the wood if it is hard wood. If it is pine a hand saw might work. Then paint and string your lights to it. If you want 3 dimensional you could cut 3 and put them back to back. This would especially be a wow factor if you live on a corner lot and put it in the yard. One on the porch would be gorgeous too. Here are a couple photos I did find for you. One does not have lights but it could be added, the other could have a base added to make it stand on its own if you liked and it does have lights.
