How do I keep my snow blower from getting clogged?
Wet snow ALWAYS clogs mine (like today) and my neighbors 3 of them it doesn't with theirs. My driveway is 50 yards, does teflon spray work? Last that long for all mechanisms and the spout to shoot it?

Not all snowblowers are made equally. Your neighbors may have a more powerful or bigger motor. Also the configuration of the blades and grinding auger may be different. I'm surprised teflon spray is still available since it had been found to be a carcinogen years ago. Silicone spray would work better and last longer. WD 40 would also work since it is a good lubricant, and water disperser.
Hi Summer, sorry you are having problems getting rid of the snow in your driveway. Here are some tips that I hope will be helpful . Good luck On a dry, clean chute I spray it with PAM cooking spray. No less than every other time.
Steve used paraffin wax on his and has reported good things.
I've heard good things about rain-x too.
not sure about a snow blower -- but we used PAM on our shovels!
We've always used cooking spray liberally...it's not toxic...after each use.
