A Homestead Outdoor Kitchen


An outdoor kitchen is a great way to create additional kitchen space and bring the heat of cooking and preserving outdoors. For homesteaders building from scratch, as we are, an outdoor kitchen is a necessity, and setting up a functional outdoor kitchen is a priority.
For the rest of the summer, my family will cook outdoors as we continue to work on the interior of our 350 square foot tiny house. But any household can take advantage of the benefits of an outdoor kitchen - a set up as simple as a card table under a shade structure would be a great place to do your summer canning!

    Awesome! Just like you I have the perfect place to set it up in the shade. It be great for me to be able to can what ever produce I get, in the shade and not heat up the home.
