Not sure I k ow what you are asking. Please rephrase
I've used one before. It's a very bright light that you sit by in the morning. Using it too late in the day can disturb your sleep at night. I didn't enjoy using it, but I also had small kids at the time, so sitting still for 20 minutes was hard.
I started taking soluble B12, vitamin D and trying to get a bit of exercise each day to help. If you're feeling really down, please seek help from a doctor.
If you desire light the eqivalent of bright daylight, look for LED bulbs marked "5000 Kelvin" / daylight, which can appear to have a blue cast. If you want warmer (more yellow tones such as emitted by an incandescent bulb) tones, look for 2400 to 3400 Kelvin.
A 100 watt incandescent equivalent L.E.D. bulb should provide ample light, particularly if your shades are light colored fabric, with fabric liners.
