You can separate them after watering, when the soil is damp. Gently separate the plants teasing apart the roots and the repot.

Choose a pot one size larger than the one it is in right now. Any bigger and it probably will concentrate on growing the roots and not let the rest of the plant get what it needs. Use a good potting soil. It may go dormant for a short while, it needs to readjust to its new soil and pot. Care for it as usual, but don't fertilize it until it starts showing signs of waking up, like growth, new leaves or buds.
