You may have to put a new draft sealer/sweep on the bottom of your exterior door--they do need to be replaced if your doors are getting old. You can also buy draft dodgers that slide under the bottom of your doors for just a few dollars. Consider adding weather stripping as well.

Make a draught excluders to fix in front of your doors. Cut a leg of woollen tights. Stuff with wadding or news paper. Sew opening up. Put Infront of doors. You can fix onto the doors by using Velcro or elastic.

You can also make one that slides under. You have a piece of card, then fix pool noodles each side making sure the thickness of the door is left between the noodles. This is where you slip it under the door. If there is enough of a gap, then you might have room to cover the excluder in fabric.
