How do you repair worn leather computer desk chairs?
The arm of my desk chair is worn down to the inside padding. Is there a way to fix this. The two office stores that I checked with said that they didn't have anything to do the repair. I have an idea if you don't have one to help me.

Tear off the leather from the arms and use a Good Cozy plush fabric with stuffing. Why be uncomfortable?
Yes, the arm pad shpuld just unscrew.
You should be able to peel off the leather and replace it with another piece or with fabric.
You could repad them and cover them with fabric or vinyl.
