Lowes.com and homedepot.com have a large selection at reasonable prices. Note that the medallions are offered on their websites, not necessarily in stock at the store. You can specify "your store" to see if a medallion you like is in stock. They are not at my local stores, but you have the option of free store pickup or home delivery. Another site with a large selection is architecturaldepot.com. They have a bigger selection of medallions, but prices are higher. If you see a medallion you like on line, you can always google to see if you can find it at a better price.
Please note that I've only looked at the medallions on the web sites. I haven't bought one yet, so I don't know about the quality of the service.
