It depends on the issues you have. In general, I mop my tile with 1 cup white vinegar, 1 cup baking soda, 1 Tbsp blue Dawn, and 2 cups HOT water.
If there is a big problem, you can scrub with diluted bleach or place saturated paper towels on the area and let it soak.
If you can't get it clean, you can paint or replace then seal.
I spray on Tilex and use a scrub brush. Give it some sit time to work. Be sure to seal once cleaned.

I've used gel Lysol toilet bowl cleaner to clean floor tile grout. Depending on how dirty the grout is, you may have to scrub the gel with a toothbrush before wiping it away.
Cleaning Grout with Hydrogen Peroxide, Baking Soda, and Dish Soap
Mop the floor with clean water.
OR
Making a paste with OxyClean and water. Apply let sit for 20 mins. Scrub with toothbrush. Rinse well.
