    Hello,

Proper priming and repainting after all loose paint removal is done, oatching if necessary could be an option, that what we did. We accented the painted concrete with throw rugs. We have our dog food bowls and laundry room there it cleans up nicely.

Most paint manufacturers have excellent 1-800 help lines to get you started-so even guarentee sucessful results or product is replaced free.

I agree with the solid vinyl floor that looms like wood. Easy install and east maintenance

Luxury vinyl planks with a special underlay for basements! There are some beautiful ones and they’re pretty easy to install. :)

Hi Carolyn! There are floor tiles and planks appropriate for basements that look great. If you want the concrete, I would suggest removing all the paint thoroughly, use only paint intended for concrete. The paint peeling could also be a symptom of moisture, so address that first, if it is a problem.
