Could you actually make it smaller? Maybe build a small room at one end? We had the same thing and made an office at one end and it left a great size media room.
Photo?
Lucky you! I would die for all that extra space! Break it up into two separate areas to accommodate your needs. What are the planned activities? Tv and moving watching? Arrange an area with sofas, chairs, a rug to delineate it from the rest of the space. You could also build a moveable screen or room divider.
Use bookcases to divide it into separate spaces.
You could build a glass wall or a trellis wall to either make a real room or just a foyer. Do the same thing at the other end, but coming out from the opposite wall of the foyer. And mirrors or reflective pictures on the long walls to make them seem wider. Arrange the furniture around the tv or big screen or fireplace, angling the longest sofas and using round footrests or tables. All these things will make the room appear shorter and wider without taking away useful space. Best wishes! ☺️
