You can try scrubbing it with a paste of water and baking soda, then going over that with white vinegar before wiping it all up. That usually gets the deep down, ground in dirt that plain mopping doesn't remove.
Clean well and get grout as clean as possible. Once cleaned be sure to seal.

Hi. Clean well then use car paste wax and polish. Works great!
