How can I get my orchard to bloom?

It has some very healthy looking leaves, and air roots. It does not have a shoot for blooms to form.

Hi there, Orchards need Bees to Pollinate the flowers........
I grow indoor orchards and sometimes they are dorment. Cut old stems off. Use orchid feed and they will flower again.
