How do I paint large front double doors without taking them down?
I have two large front entry doors that are in need of sanding and painting. I would love to know if there is an easy way to paint “all” of the trimming and the doors without having to remove them. I know taking them down is the effective way to finish them, but sometimes someone knows an easier and efficient way of doing things.

Rtyler...You can use Frog tape and tape everything off that you do not want painted. It takes time but really works well. Good luck!
Hi Rtyler! I hate rehanging doors. Yes, it's easier to paint when they are taken down, but, I hate putting them back up. So, painters tape, dropcloth and removing hardware make it a project you can do neatly and well. It's quicker and neater taking them down and painting them (and sanding) flat. I have done both, and if you have someone to help you, there are more options, like spray painting if you take them down. If my husband is helping, I do take them down. Just prepare your space, make sure you take your time and go light with the paint so you don't get drips.
No need to remove the doors.

Rtyler,. You can roll the doors, and use paint tape to cover the trim. Take the paint tape off, then cover the doors. Aloha!
I've never taken a door down to paint it. Just leave them open a few inches while the paint dries. If you live in a cold climate, it's best to wait until it's warmer. Paint dries really slowly in cold weather.
Hello Rtyler, you can easily do this by using masking tape and newspaper to cover the stuff you don't want to paint.
