A BOHO HO HO HO-Scandi Inspired Christmas Porch

Hello and Merry Christmas everyone. I am always inspired most when natural elements are used in decor, so I was trying to create a tiny little bit of forest on the front porch. I am totally in love with Scandi-Boho Style, probably because so much natural elements are used.

For this Christmas porch I gathered a bunch of fresh greens from the forest behind our house, which is a true savings versus having to buy all the fresh greens at the store. We are lucky to be living in Washington State where we have so many trees that we can barely see the forest...lol

I hung a branch from some twine and added some Christmas magic. The beautiful snowflake is from World Market, super gorgeous!

And ummmm, I can see the reflection of me on my ladder here taking the picture, very professional indeed!

I sure do love to use wooden crates for my displays. I never tire of them and I have a bunch of different sizes as well. And baskets are another MUST for me, one can never have enough.

I added some moss and nuts in a large glass jar (also from World Market) and hung a pine cone from a little branch. Simple, pretty and cheap!

A while back I painted this Mandala stencil onto this old plate serving tray. Nothing screams BOHO more than a Mandala and a dream-catcher or Macrame, right?

Just love the snowflake at twilight....

Here is a picture of the little forest behind our house/AKA my little treasure chest!!!
