Hi Dot. I'm Cindy. Begin by clearing the room. Put down drop cloths, or old sheets or anything you have on hand. You might also want to block the door ways because there is going to be a lot of dust by the time you're done with this job. Work in small sections at a time. Put warm water in a spritz bottle. Spritz it on the first small section of the ceiling. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes. Then scrape the popcorn off. You can use just about any scraper for this job. I have even heard of people using a garden hoe. Continue this process until the entire job is complete. Good luck Dot and Happy Holidays.
