I clean my grout with vinegar. If they're really dirty it'll take a little time to lighten up again, but it will get back to it's normal state. Spray on the vinegar, use a bristled brush to lightly scrub, then give it all a warm water rinse. I clean my tile floors, showers, back splashes, etc this way.
You will need an old toothbrush and some oxyclean. Once you get the grout clean let it dry overnight and seal it with a grout sealer, available from most hardware and home stores.
Every time I clean my mirrors, they end up having tons of streaks and almost look worse than before I started. What could I use to clean them that won't leave streaks...
