Do frames first with warm water and Dawn dish soap rinse then dry then do glass. ON GLASS-Isopropyl/Rubbing alcohol clean white wash cloth or newspaper only use cloth that does not have fabric softener on it it will streak & smear glass. Also do not use paper towels they are made with chemical or coated for better absorbtion so they will also streak & smear. The rubbing alcohol won't freeze if your trying to do windows in freezing temps.TIP; do inside on window one direction)horizontal) & outside(vertical) in the other this way you can tell easier which side it not clean enuf.
