How can I grow a indoor garden?

So I live in a. Apartment and we can't put anything on the deck but I really want to grow some vegetables/Herbs, how can I do that

I grow herbs, lettuce and even grape tomatoes in my aerogardens. They can be costly but I love mine. I bought mine from Miracle Grow.

I have had success with some herbs indoors with plenty of sun from windows.
You would need to buy grow-lux bulbs. Windows are jot enough light and will burn your plants because of the refracted light. Kind of like a magnifting glass.
