How can I cover a TV cord?

I just did this in the summer when I moved to my new house and hung TVs in the walls for the first time. You can go to a hardware store or order online (I went to Lowe’s) and bought cable covers. They are plastic and can be cut to fit. Attached to the wall with sticky tape that comes in the back of the plastic. Just cut attach to the wall put the cables inside the track and then you can paint it the same color as the wall

Eventually put outlets behind tv. In mean time find something decorative to sit in front. You can also paint the cords the color of the wall to help.

You big box stores have many options for doing this. One of them is a shield that you cover the cable with.

Paint them the same color as the wall.
