How do I fix a leaking gutter?

Any suggestions on how to fix a gutter that leaks at the end plate?it has a top on it (helmet)

hope one of these ideas will help you out
caulking the leaky area when the gutter is cleaned and dry.
Flex seal would work. Big box stores have it.
Silicone sealer will help fix the leak. You will just have to make sure it is thoroughly dry before you apply it.
If it's a recent installation, get the installer back to fix it.
