How can a baking sheet be cleaned of baked on mess?

I had a recipe for cleaning one baking sheet, it worked, but I lost it. What can I do to bring back the cookie sheet to its shine?

Try soaking in hot water with baking soda to loosen the mess and then use a pot scrubber to remove it. It may be easier to go out and purchase a new one when they are on sale.
I use Easy Off Oven Cleaner, just spray it on let it sit for 30 minutes or more "spray it heavy " take a Scrub pad to it, and it will come right off.......Easy off!
