That depends on where you live. What zone are you in?
Well, we live in NW Wisconsin, and there are no flowers that would survive up here over the winter! LOL However, in Nashville I've seen Pansies growing in their planters over the winter, so I guess it depends on where you are and how cold it gets there!
Inside or out, or ones you can bring inside for winter. It also depends on where you live and what sun exposure the area gets.
