What is your question about painting your kitchen? The biggest thing would be to prep. You will need to clean well to remove any build up that may have accumulated. If you ask more detailed questions, you will probably get better answers.

What is your question regarding painting your kitchen?
If you are looking at painting your kitchen cabinets, If you are looking to repaint - I recently discovered Oil Bond (you can get it here on Amazon https://amzn.to/2wGmiNO) where you rub this first on your cabinets. This helps the paint stick so you DON'T NEED TO SAND!! Also add a bit of Oil Bond to your paint. I would also spend a bit more for specific cabinet paint to ensure a smooth finish. I recently did this on my bathroom vanity and it turned out fantastic! Here are my pics of my project: https://wp.me/pUbK5-yRy

It is super easy to paint with Dixie Belle:
Step one: Clean with White Lightning
Step two: If the surface is slippery, apply two coats of Slick Stick
Step three: Paint one to two coats of Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint
Step four: Use Gator Hide for a water-repellent finish
I am attaching some kitchens that have been painted with Dixie Belle Paint so you can see the outcome.

For the cabinets, I've heard great things from the pros about using STIX or BIN Primer. And then using Benjamin Moore Advance or Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel.
