You can try and match the curves with your tile saw, but this usually results in broken out tile corners. I usually try to cut so all the cut sections are hidden under baseboards, wall plates and other trim. Grout can hide some sins too. Good luck

I can tell you though: Getting the Inverse Arc to match Square footage and be exact is not a Job but a Magic that Contractors will not even attempt. Even with a thin razor blade on vinyl you will not get the Look you imagined and Deserved for all that effort, but a Degree of Disappointment and Dissatisfaction.

Like say you are half blind in the morning as I am at 3am when my Day begins and need the tile to be white under your table in the Kitchen, like mine, and Perfectly center your Light Fixture above that area. You place 9 tiles not 4 tiles in the middle or Focal Center, where the Lamp fixture is and use an offset tile not in a circular or oblong area, designed to match the Tabletop in Season, instead you setup your table to the medium 60 inch size, 1 leaf not two, to square out the legs and rectangle out the pushed in chairs with two Overlapping Rectangular Areas, as follows:
Mark where the rounded area is...then make small cuts to the rounded area with your tile saw. Wish I could show you a picture. But the unwanted tile should then s ap out easily. Keep the cuts close together.
