How do you transform your front door urns from season to season?

I'm looking for seasonal arrangements that don't break the bank for my large black urns that flank either side of my front door.

I just filled mine with greenery cuttings from my yard. I used mainly holly branches

Jennifer...You can make the arrangements I'm sure. I try to catch seasonal items on sale at Hobby Lobby or Trees or Trends. You can use styrofoam balls of different sizes, cover with material of your choice and use a dowel to hold in place. Add greenery at bottom with some berries or small christmas balls and would look great to me! Then change up for seasons.

I love the idea of a styrofoam ball. Do you find that it holds up well with outdoor elements like rain/snow?

Jennifer...Mine is on a porch so weather does not always reach them. I have not done this on my porch but have friends that do and, especially for one month such as Christmas, they will put away and use another year or more. We are in Tennessee and our weather is not constant snow, ice, etc. but rain is sometimes crazy and many times blowing. I have used other items and all have been reusable from season to season. Hope this helps. Glad you liked the idea. Merry Christmas!
