You can cut out a large heart shape out of foam core and glue on children's Valentine's cards

You can get heart shaped bases at hobby stores, or a round one, I like twig bases , but any will work. Cover a base in faux roses, use dollar store for most of it, but then look for 2-3 very large ones from hobby stores ( don’t forget coupons) . Then get a wooden cut out of a heart, Target has some right now in they’re $5.00 dollar bins for Christmas. You can paint them and add a phrase, or just “LOVE” on it and hang in center of wreath, or glue to wreath at an angle. Add battery mini lights! You can also just eliminate the heart and just have the flowers and lights.
